Where do I begin. Within the first day of moving in, I had noticed roaches. The problem persisted for MONTHS. Even after calling pest control to “spray” they STILL lingered. I had to resort to buying my own traps and repellent. After moving out I had to toss almost everything I owned. The house would stink of infestation and there wasn’t a day I didn’t kill one. Mice were also a problem, but not as bad as the roaches. Some light switches worked, some didn’t. Water tank leaked. Poor air circulation. You have to go to a laundromat to do laundry or rely on a friend/family member to do laundry. You really do get what you pay for here. Beware. I highly DONT recommend.

Lovely place to be. The environment is good. Inside the house is good. I Sincerely love the palace not a village.
