Lived 4 years. Best apartment in terms of cost efficiency. It was old but also very cheap and well maintained. Heat is very good during winter even hotter than summer. Parking downstairs is free after 6pm. 2min walk to the shuttle stop or campus. Anything wrong the maintenance will fix in 24h. Gym, laundry, playroom all free to use. High floor has great view of sunrise and the city. All this at a price of 900 for a studio. The price is unbeatable around Hopkins.

Worst apartment I have lived in. The management is trying to squeeze every penny out of your pocket. There are hidden fees when you move in. There is no heat. Too cold to get up in the winter mornings. When you call the management they say heat is not covered. Sometimes you call maintainence, the workers keep the window unit or water running on all day after they leave, and you get huge utility bills and the management refuse to reimburse the cost. And then when you move out, they charge you enormously for cleaning. I was charged about $800. By the way, they increased the rent by 40% before covid if you want renewal

I lived here for a year. roach infestation DESPITE weekly exterminator visits for the entirety of my stay. Always found roaches when you open any kitchen cabinet at night. If you don't want to find roaches crawling inside your metal straw (a really great surprise), do not live here. Also recurrent sink back ups that overflowed onto the floor. Maintenance blamed it on "heavy rain fall." Elevators are also constantly broken.

The leasing consultant Gabrielle is so nice and helpful!! I really want to thank her for her patience and help. As an international student, I always have questions about sorts of things and cannot express myself precisely. But lucky for me, Gabrielle is patient and figured out what I meant every time. I really appreciate that!! I love this apartment most because of the leasing consultant Gabrielle and the maintenance men.
