Place is quiet. A little rum down but if I needed a place to live I would live here for the short term. Unfortunately the office never returns phone calls.

Seminole Court Apts. Are Owned Now By A New Management Company Called Mount Washington Realty, They Are Terrible Company That Seems Not To Care About Their Residents. The New Company Has Got Rid Of Our On Site Property Office, Manager, And Maintenance. The Company Has Terrible Customer Service. A Maintenance Issue Now Is HELL, With Them Refusing To Give You Any Idea When They Can Come If All That Day WhenYou Call. A Maintenance Issue Can Take Days To Be Addressed, Including A Emergency Issue Where You Might Have To Figure It Out Yourself. The Company Is Cutting Things Like Replacing The Cheap Window Blinds That Come With The Apts, Making Us To Buy Our Own. The Company Gives Less Than 48 And Usually Less Than 24 Hrs. For Inspections.

I have called Seminole Apartments home for just over two years and have experienced both comfort and safety. Overall, I have not experienced any major issues, and for the few times that I have had to contact our Property Manager or the maintenance staff, they have always promptly responded, accommodated, and fulfilled my request. I will encourage anyone to look for a home here at Seminole Apartments, or wherever The Mount Washington Group is in management.
