Visited the area looking for a suitable 55+ community. Lots of homes for sale and the club house and activities area was nice, but dated. We are looking to move after retirement and don't want to lay a lot of money out for upgrades. This area of Palm Harbor is really nice. With two schools in the area of the 55+ community it was very busy with traffic.

There's no deed restrictions for pets of owner occupied single family homes. There's pet restrictions for some of the villa and condo units.
