Damn great community! very impressive cleanliness, beauty and organization of space for residents! management and maintenance service are worthy of the highest praise! I am very pleased that my children can swim in a crystal clear pool and communicate with their peers. Absolutely friendly people live here. it seems that they do not check the credit rating and income upon check-in, but the rating for humanity and kindness! Our family really likes to relax after a hard week of work: there are a lot of different people who are hospitable and kind to us, especially in the barbecue area. Last week I was picking up a lot of boxes from Amazon and complete strangers helped me carry them to my apartment. They turned out to be my neighbors, as it turned out. I really wish that everyone was so friendly and open in our community. Most likely, I will renew the lease here for another year.

Crappie, places. Apartment is nothing but a roach invested and our place has flooded everything it rain. Front office is absolutely NO HELP!! Called corporate office 4 times can't talk with anyone, left messages and NO Freaking call back. I have hired an attorney!! Move us now

My family and I have lived here for 3 years. Is a great community. Our managers Sheila and Jessica are awesome people they're very fair and very nice we love them. We have a couple cool maintenance guys as well Steve harcrow and Jordan. They're always on time very responsive and respectable. This is a very family friendly community with very nice amenities.

I’ve been at this place three years now and I love it. The staff is very friendly the maintenance guys are on top of their game and also very friendly. The grounds are very clean and it is a very nice , safe area to walk especially at night… My dog loves it here and I give it five stars. They fixed the only negative by getting a brand new trash compactor on both sides of the complex
