I did my taxes for 2 years on this place I was happy that they were responsive and they explained me all the process , i did my taxes for 2021 getting a refund , I trusted Lawanda with my refund as she helped me last time, the first time i did business with them it was right the way I payed right there with no issues no extra fees no nothing, this year i was out of town and decided to do my taxes "remote" ,when i asked Lawanda about her fees she told me a number which it was 350, then when i got my refund i was missing 250 meaning she charged me in total of 600!! , i double checked in the irs website and the refunded amount was different from the payment i received "through the software they use" ,I tried a couple times to ask her what happen and i got no response, when i call Matilda she told me she was going to see what happened but she never called me back, now i have to look for a new tax services that is honest about their fees.If you are planning to do business with them pay up right front dont let them do your taxes remote to avoid this type of situations
