This was the worst experience I had at a car dealership. When it was Bob Stallings, I bought two Hyundai vehicles and had no problems at all with sales and service. But I made an appointment for an oil change this week on my Hyundai app, left my car there for over 5 hours, received no communication whatsoever, and got home to find out they did NOT do the oil change that I came in for and requested multiple times. When I called them, quite furious, they told me it was "a little too early for my mileage" to change the oil. If they would have called me, I would have told them I knew it was early and was willing to pay for the oil change because I was going out of town next week and wanted my car in top shape. I was then asked "what do you expect us to do?" Not my problem...you should have made it right. And the answer is no, I'm not going to let this go.

Providing quality customer service and going through a facility remodel in my opinion is not a easy task. Everyone at the service station were friendly and welcoming. They awnsered my questions as my car was being serviced.

I agree. That's virtually the same thing. Call the dealeeship and see if there are any recalls concerning that. Maybe a mechanic can suggest other causes also.
