Worst cruise parking experience ever. The security guards are rude and don’t move the lines fairly. They moved more than 60 cars in one lane through while the lane we were in moved no more than 12 in 45 minutes. Someone needs to straighten this place out but I guess because it’s the only cruise terminal in the area they feel they can get away with anything. We wasted half a tank of gas me just trying to get in the gates.

It's such an easy drive from the Pittsburgh area. The cruise terminal is right off the highway and so easy to use! Much easier than dealing with airports!

The place where I embarked on my first adventure on the open ocean. I wish they had it fully and competently staffed. Disembarking was slow because they expected 2 immigration officials to speedily check close to 2000 people. The ship was pretty chill. Hopefully be back here next year.

The boat was just renovated but still shows some age. Overall a great experience. The crew were nice and the boarding was smooth. Getting off was a different story. It was a cluster and not well thought out. Took forever to get off.

Yes, $15 a day. However, if you stay overnight at the Holiday Inn before you cruise, the parking is much cheaper. They'll drive you to the port in the shuttle bus
There is parking available right in the terminal, reasonably priced... About $15 per day. If you are coming in the day before Best Western at the Travel Plaza has a cruise/parking/terminal shuttle package
You do not need a passport to travel on the cruise ship from Baltimore you can use your state-issued birth certificate and a state issued ID card to travel I just came back off of a cruise and that is the way it is however I travel with passport but I have seen people get on without a passport with the birth certificate and I did it one time on my passport expire
Cut a hole in your cover by the windshield
Yes, they do that as soon as you get close and have to get out. We were dropped off so they look it as we said goodbye and walked into the terminal.
Yes was gone for two weeks and my car was fine!
You have to call, I would also suggest Uber. It is much cheaper and you don't have to worry about someone else grabbing your car.
Different prices for whatever room you choose and how many but it's really worth it I definitely want to go back and do another holiday cruise
As of this evening about 7pm it's closed until further notice... For the ppl that left on Sunday I dunno how that will work.
Not sure. But would call.
Yes, you will be accommodated
Depending upon where you leaving from but the exit for the cruise terminal is exit 55 on interstate I 95 Maryland starts at exit 102 I believe so given 55 miles an hour to get to that exit I think it'll be like 1 hour and 5 minutes from the point you get to Maryland
We did lyft. They can bypass all those parking in the lot. Traffic just outside of the terminal was HELL! Give urself plenty of time and pack ur patience.
Take an empty water bottle or whatever u use and refill it with ice and water on the ship. No need to carry all that extra. Just keep ur water bottle with you. That's what the hubby and I did on our RC cruise. Plus it's free water. No need for all the junk sodas and sugar.
I'm not sure we did not see signs. They may do it at the pay window
Which holiday inn
No
Yes
No that's no available
Not sure what you mean? Cruises have to be paid for before you leave.
Half hour early to park check your bags and get in line.
Don't call the terminal. Call who ever got booked with.
Yes as soon as you pull in you will see the porters make sure you bring cash to tip .
Not covered but secured and locked every day.
We stayed at the best western the day before. We did the stay a cruise package for a 12 day cruise and the total was only $6 more then just leaving our vehicle at the terminal
Contact Carnival and tell them the port and ship.... you're luggage should've been sitting outside you're state room.
We stayed near the inner harbor and made a nice short vacation before we left. It's only 13 minutes away, but we drove to the terminal and parked there. Bit pricey, but fit our schedule better.
All are correct. From the airport, Uber is reasonable and fairly fast, depending on traffic. The Inner Harbor is about 15 minutes from the cruise terminal, located downtown. Terminal is at South Locust Point, with easy directions from the interstate. My first choice would be to book air through the cruise line, and let them transport you, or at least make arrangements.
No, they do not have rentals there. You would have to take a taxi to a local car rental.
You need a passport or a birth certificate to leave the United states
When you arrive.
Wow there is not a hotel really close. Best bet is somewhere around the inner harbor. There is lots of stores and restaurants. There is the water taxic to ride. Plenty to see
I don't know, I live in VA. But when you get there it's well worth the trip. Making plans for 2020!!!!
If take your bags off ship yourself, you can get off early, as they call your floor.
No reserved parking. $15/day when you get there. They don't start parking the outgoing cruise until the incoming starts leaving so there are spots.
No....not to my knowledge...parking is free for passengers and also when you're dropping off.
There is parking at the terminal. Normal charge is $15 per day
Handicap parking available, no discounts.
About 11. We were on Royal Caribbean and were treated very well. There was no rudeness. The signage for drop off and luggage was poor (that is the terminal and not the cruise line) but everyone from Royal Caribbean was great.
SpringHill Suites Marriott Baltimore Inner harbor
If you cross over Key Highway it’s a 10 minute walk to Iron Rooster, World of Beer, Jimmy Johns, and Samoa’s Greek Grill. There is also a Harris Teeter Grocery Store in the same parking lot.
Everything was ok w ours, if I remember correctly I think we got there early and we parked fairly close to the boat
Yes, you can walk to both of the ships.
U won't have parkin trouble at all, just have ur money ready
Yes, as does Carnival. You won't find the mega-ships in Baltimore since they are too large for the port to accommodate them.
The hotels in the area are plentiful. But it's not like there are any within walking distance you will always have to shuttle or taxi or uber. My suggestion is to find a hotel that offers free transport to the terminal and there are more than a few of those as well
I don't know about walking distance, but we found hotels that were a very short cab/uber ride and upon request, the local cab companies have accessible vehicles.
Not sure. I parked while I cursed. Check google.
No it's open if there docking there it will be there. They never miss a trip and weather will clear by then. Enjoy my family and I had a wonderful time
Best western is 3 miles away and has a package for free parking during your cruise and transportation to and from the terminal. You can check it out on their website.
We have always paid for parking. I have not noticed car rentals at this port.
It's $15/day. Hopefully it won't change when they reopen.
