You have to call, I would also suggest Uber. It is much cheaper and you don't have to worry about someone else grabbing your car.

Yes there are PLENTY waiting on the day that the ships are scheduled to return. They know which days passengers will arrive and they will be waiting. Be very careful of using uber or lyft they use geo coordinates to indicate an address and the address which is pulled from their systems can be wrong and take your driver to an incorrect part of the port
