Deposited a very large check for our nonprofit last week. It took AN HOUR AND FIFTY MINUTES! Just one transaction. No withdrawal... just a deposit.... all the while staring at a sign on the wall about how they are driven by courtesy. Hey Wells Fargo....it’s impolite to keep your customers waiting! Finding another bank who appreciates our time and business. Clearly Wells Fargo does not.Thanks for your feedback on this location, Carol. Staff have seemed overwhelmed when more the 3 customers need help, and seemed to have trouble processing any transactions slightly out of the ordinary. It is the only Wells Fargo for miles, and while it is not the best choice, it is usually the only one.
