I am disgusted with the low level of care at Cherry hill ER on 4/28/22 by so called dr. mengda zhang. She is racist and should not be working with people of color. She discharged me within 5 minutes of arrival at the ER in an Ambulance. She refused to accommodate my disability per ADA. She is arrogant witch with a capital B. Providence health corporation is no longer good health care. They have extraordinary racism and extraordinary low level of care. They are horrible and careless about patients well being.

I'm sitting right now in the short term care unit, so thankful to everyone at Swedish for the amazing care I am receiving. Everybody here has been polite and caring. This was my first time having a procedure that required general anesthesia, and I was a bit scared. One of the operating nurses/techs, I didn't know her name or job, gripped my shoulder when she noticed I had started crying silently and reassured me it was going to be fine. I'm forever grateful to this person, and to everyone at Swedish. Top notch organization and employees, never had better.

Had to stay for a few days at their neurosurgery ward after an emergency. I can’t be more thankful. All the nurses were excellent, the PAs answered all my questions, and surgeons were up to date with the latest research even for rare conditions. Their surgeons refrained from rushed surgery in my case which I’m thankful for. I got all the imaging that I needed quickly. On top of that, their food is awesome! I might visit again one of these days just to get their salmon one more time :)

The lady at the receptionist doesn’t speak English well at all at the check in desk. I spent a good twenty minutes here spelling my last name and it’s actually not a hard name at all. I hate it so much when I go somewhere and someone who doesn’t understand or speak good English is there, I was late to my appointment because of her. I don’t understand why someone like that was hired to deal with people all day long. I had to go back to desk but I got in the mans line so much better.

They do, but it has been closed due to COVID
No unless it is cancer care
They take most health insurance. Check with your insurance company to see the providers that are covered.
Not a big selection and parking is limited
Probably at the main entrance in a wheelchair
Yes there is
Download the Swedish app on either iPhone or Android and set up an account and then link it with your MyChart account. You'll have access to your records and be able to speak to your provider.
Yes right inside the main lobby next to patient registration
It'll fit in the garage (if it's a dually it might be extra tight} that's directly West of the hospital otherwise there is free street parking with a 2 hour time limit east of the hospital in the neighborhoods
The Inn at Cherry Hill has since been closed down.
The 3 and 4 are the two buses that travel to Swedish cherry hill. Both business stop in front of the hospital throughout the day.
You will need to call the hospital, for those answers.
