Our family loves Swedish. Our son went in for a surgery today and the surgical staff and staff in general were amazing! Our first nurse Vicky was amazing and handled my son very kind and loving. The rest of our team was just so awesome. We are blessed to have such an amazing medical staff we never have any problems with Swedish. π₯°

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had to bring my spouse here a few times and every time except for one has been a bad experience. The latest being that we came to the emergency room, partly for a relatively minor physical problem, but also because I've been told, by several people in professions that work directly with hospitals for this, that we could go to the ER and say we need a social worker for a mental health evaluation. They took care of the more minor injury then were sending us on our way. I kept asking for the social worker I told them we needed to speak to. They just kept saying she was busy with other patients, some of which got there after us. This is something important so I kept insisting I needed to speak with the social worker. They gave me a piece of paper with some resources on it that are of no use to me and told me that she couldn't speak to me and this was all she'd be able to give me anyway. Eventually they just kicked my spouse and I out and never once let us see the social worker. Going to Harborview instead because I've been told they're really good and actually have enough staff working.

One of the worst ER experiences with rude staff and extremely long wait times. Came in for a simple check for a family member, and dealt with incompetent staff and absolutely no help with anything. The worst...

Great hospital. Friendly staff, good facilities, and decent dining. There a Starbucks inside which is convenient. It's difficult to find d things though, like a lot of hospitals. I was trying to tell someone how to find our room and it was not easy. We were in the pediatric area and it was nice. The room was a bit cramped but otherwise nice. Had usual things you find, in addition had Xbox One, which was kinda cool for our son to pass time while healing up. Nurses were really nice and attentive and doctors as well.

Yes, but itβs closed Sundays and Mondays.
Yes, there is a large parking lot across from the ER. Its actually more diagonally across from it. On the corner of Cherry St and Minor Ave.
Driving, about 20 minutes (not including the time to find parking). Bussing, around 30-35 minutes
If you've already had blood drawn and tested, then you should be able to ask your nurse or doctor. Otherwise you will need to have blood drawn and tested.
The "main elevators" referred to by Leo are the East Tower elevators. Alternately, just go through the double doors in the middle of the crescent driveway at 747 Broadway and stop by the round information desk in the lobby and they will tell you how to get wherever you need, or possibly show you.

Depends on situation. Most of the time visiting hours is until 10 pm but I've never had a problem getting visitors at any time. I was in for a few weeks a couple different times.
Family rooms or waiting rooms you can always stay there in the waiting rooms
Its the Orthopedic Physician Center and its located at 601 Broadway, Seattle, WA. Its in the Seattle Orthopedic Spine Group
That depends on where you're coming from. King County Metro has around a dozen routes with stops within 5 minutes walking distance of the main entrance. Google maps can give you bus directions
Call the Main number and they can get you anywhere, they're very helpful and always pleasant.
I cannot give a solid answer on how to get there, but if you can, utilize GPS. visiting hours are 9am to 9pm daily. However, if you arrive outside those hours you can visit the security desk (inside main entrance) and speak to them about visiting a family member any time.
Telemetry is either 7sw or 10sw
