I love my doctor at hall health, the nurses and the medical staff are amazing. But, the screening desk person was rude and condescending. After being condescending, as I was walking and putting on the screening sticker she followed me and aggressively told me to put on the sticker. It felt very discriminatory, how she treated me. I am a medical professional myself, this is unacceptable behavior. There needs to be a retraining for the front staff as they make or break the experience.

Hall Health was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment when I was really sick. The NP (Britt Murphy) I saw was fantastic, diagnosed me quickly, and explained everything, and my prescription was filled within the hour. Follow-up visits were easy to book as well.

Very frustrating experience. Got a mail after coming back from several months of traveling, saying that I have the responsibility to pay my health provider hundreds of dollars. Luckily, I got my insurance to deduct several digits, but what? Seriously? The only visit I made to hall health center, I literally told my health provider what illness I had, and she just agreed with me. I got no medicine and a few suggestions that are common senses to everyone. Nothing helpful. It was like a conversation, but never a diagnosis. And oof, couples of hundreds dollars that needed. What if I didn't pay my insurance, I would be sick seeing this bill. It is sarcastic.

Went to get a treatment for the first time and very pleased with the service. The waiting time was decent, though it might not be the case if you’re really ill and are rushing to class. The medical staffs are friendly and insightful to answer any questions you have. Just make sure to have your Husky card and insurance documents ready to ensure the check-in process goes smoothly & that you won’t receive unexpected charge later.
