Hands down my favorite part of the day is attending a workout class as I am a CrossFit member at Strong! Their motto is Family and everyone treats you as such. I love the energy, the staff and the great workout I get every week. Also, enjoy watching the little ones playing on the other side of the gym. Great place for my two year old to run around too when I’m not working out. I love it here!

One of my favorite classes! Think Orange Theory but better. I've been coming to Strong Fitness classes for several months. Don't be intimidated that the location has crossfit also. It's like a boutique gym with multiple options - like a classpass but one location! : Fitness (TrueForm Treadmills, Rowers, Spin Bikes, TRX, dumb bells etc); CrossFit and specialized strength and nutrition coaching). The coaches are super energetic. The music keeps you focused and the people in class challenge you. It doesn't hurt that it's helped so much with my running times and Triathlon training. Awesome awesome class.

There is plenty of obstacles for all ages and skill level. My son loves it.
