I worked with different security companies for years, but I must say that iidon Security Associates is the worst, most unprofessional, racist security company I ever worked with. The management especially the HR is always one-sided when they receive complaints about any officer who is not white or Hispanic, even though they know that they lied against him or her. This company uses their uniforms to reap off their officers. They deducted money from every of my paycheck until I had to call the office to asked why is it so and they told me it is their rule. When I went to drop off the uniforms in their office and picked up my check I discovered that they took a lot of money out of my paycheck for uniforms. One of their officers Berth Clarke sneaked behind me to lay a complaint against me, they never bothered to do any investigation. I can nver recommend iidon Security to anyone. Infact, I even blamed the person who introduced me to iidon. They have no conscience, coupled with their poor management principles.
