I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to thank the owner for "Not" selling me a fireplace. He recommended another company that had direct replacements for the one I currently need to replace and saved me $1000 on installation. That is a high level of customer service and integrity you don't see much anymore. I would recommend Sandy Alpine Fireplaces because you can trust what they tell you.

Greg in the parts department saved me a service call as he was willing to help diagnose my fireplace problem over the phone and it worked perfectly. Thank you for the incredible help!

I love my Alpine Fireplace but the 2 times that I have needed it fixed it takes 2 months to get a repairman to look at it. We had it fixed a couple of years ago and we had to wait 2 months and this year I called to get someone to look at it and I have to wait until January 4( 2 months). They told me it was because of COVID. This is unacceptable. Had I known this I would have never bought one.

I just did the same myself this morning at my home! Air gets into the line over the summer, it had to hold the pilot knob in for 5-7 minutes to purge the line, then the pilot spark lit and was good to go. Give that a try and let us know Bruce
