Matt is an incredible coach, he explains the technique well, makes sure that the lifts are demonstrated clearly, and provides feedback throughout each class. I’ve seen a lot of progress, and the community is so welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend.

I am SO lucky that I stumbled into CrossFit Aether. I initially found them through ClassPass and appreciated they were so close to home. I had never done CrossFit in my entire life and am fairly out of shape after significantly dropping my fitness regiment when I had Covid. I am also a woman, which can be intimidating in more masculine spaces. I could not imagine kinder people in my ENTIRE life. From the very second I stepped foot in this gym, I was treated like more than family, by not just the coaches, but all of the other members. Matt and the rest of the coaches breed an atmosphere of warmth and inclusiveness and support. The coaching is also EXCELLENT, with an emphasis on form, technique, and safety, which was especially important to me as someone who had never done CrossFit and who is fairly out of shape. I have been coming here for approximately five months and have consistently grown stronger, but even if I didn’t, it would be worth coming for the mental health benefits of the group workout in such a friendly environment. I love it here and am excited to continue.

They stole my money... I bought a 6 week challenge from this business and when I called to schedule, the owner got mad because I guess the number provided is his personal cell. I asked for a better time to call back and he never responded. After that I requested a refund several times and he still has not responded. Don't get your money stolen from this company, learn from my experience and look else where
