Customer service at the groomer is very disappointing. I scheduled an appointment online, came with my puppy for an appointment when the employee just told me that they canceled my appointment. They didn’t notify me about the situation and ironically smiled at me, all what they kept telling me is that they have in their notes that they called.

The food was great the service was great. ALongvwait. Bad parking. Once in the food prep was quick and deliscious.

Grooming appointment got cancelled without letting us know , they inform us when arrived at scheduled appointment time, without any regrets or offering reschedule at our convenience, store manager incapable of resolving the matter .

I know that they sell Ferrets, but I am not sure about "Fancy Rats"? 🤔 You could always check their website or just call them 😉
You'll need to call the store manager to see if there are volunteer opportunities with the store. If you're wanting to volunteer with the adoptable animals (cats and dogs) you'll need to contact Second Chance for Homeless Pets.
Groomers are closed on Sundays unfortunately, it'd be the easiest day to get pets groomed.
Every saturday there are dog adoptions. Stop in and save a pet.
