Just picked something up from an apartment but the buildings looked nice.. Not rundown or anything. Quiet also

The outside was keep clean and never had any problems with anyone living there. Any time that I had to talk to anyone in the office they were always nice and respectfully. But they will charge you for cleaning and carpet cleaning no matter how clean you leave the place.

Let me 1st say the appearance of the apartments are beautiful and the property is well kept. However, the staff isn't the best to work with. Upon accepting a 2 bedroom unit a year ago, I communicated to the manager that my interest is a 3 bedroom which was unavailable at the time. The manager promised that as soon as a 3 bedroom became available the staff would reach out to me for a transfer or I could check with the office from time to time. 4 months into tenancy I visited the office and spoke with a clerk who advised a unit was coming available in a month or two and they would contact me once the unit was available. After a month of not hearing from the office, I contacted them to be advised the unit was had already been rented with no contact about transferring. They apologized which doesn't help nor does it appease the fact that they did not follow thru on what was initial promised before I accepted the 1st unit. Here we are a year later, never late on rent, I was online looking for 3 bedrooms and see a unit in the apartment listed. After not being notified by the office that the unit was available so that I could finally be transferred to the 3 bedroom like I was promised, I reached out to the office. A young lady answered and I explained my issue. She tried to explain that I would have to pay a full deposit to transfer (which wasn't what was explained before). She advised me that she would speak with the property management and give me a call back. In the interim I contacted Lia the Property manager and explained my dilemma. She advised I was misinformed and offered to reach out to the property speak with them and have them work on my request. A week passed with no contact from the property, so I called to inquire snd was informed the unit was rented. Disappointed and overcrowded I will be looking for housing elsewhere.

I've lived in many different places...moved into many different places. But, the people at Petersburg Square have got to be the nicest and most caring that I have come across. It's been almost a month since we moved in, and I am very happy with everything.

Hi, Tristen. ATC Development's newer properties - Helena Springs and McHenry Square - have units that were built with accessibility in mind.
