Their goal is not to pay out at all. Their standard procedure is to deny, deny and place the burden on the injured to fight for coverage. There should be some minimum standards applied here. Do not trust anyone you talk to. They will twist your words. Please note the good reviews that helped give this place 4+ stars were written many years ago!!! UPDATE: Just settled with them for an amount that didn't even cover our of pocket medical expenses. Unfortunately we had a lackadaisical lawyer; most probably know what the outcome is likely to be. What makes me sad/angry is thinking about others that will be denied coverage. This is a big ugly insurance company. They are liars. The settlement papers stated they gave an independent medical exam to my husband. LIES. They cancelled it giving no reason Good luck to anyone fighting them.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

After speaking to my adjuster, his reply to me was " I don't think you tore your meniscus getting off the ladder"! It's your job to collect the information and send it to your medical examiner, it's not your job to tell me what you think!

Anna Quinonez is the worse person to work with. She is so rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I don't know how this woman can sleep at night with a clear conscience. The injury occurred at work in 2020, she has denied my dads claims, stating it was not work-related but merely due to age (FALSE). Anna's lack of integrity is obvious to those who have communicated to her about the case. She continues to lie and sets up fake meetings/appointments with "their" doctors, using threatening language, forcing you to show up just to be told she canceled it right before the scheduled time. Did this a handful of times. Have asked on a number of occasions to speak to her supervisor, she refused to provide the information, said she was the one in charge of the case, it's hard to believe you have someone with a bad attitude working for you. My dad continues to have issues related to these injuries. Medical bills are still coming in, my former job is not taking responsibility to cover what this insurance is denying and expects for ME to pay it (the audacity).

Thanks for the question, BB. Your employer should have information about how and when to report a workplace incident. You can also find more information on our website here: https://wcf.com/injury-management. If you have any other questions, please give us a call at (800) 446-2667 and we'd be happy to help you.
If its a wage claim, you need the wage and labor division, not WCF. If it's an on the job injury claim, you're probably at the right place. If you're injured, uou should go to a doctor, though, and start the claim report there.
