I use the taxi card and I don't have an issue with them picking me up from home. But picking me back up is another story. I waited for over an hr for cab and when I called them they said they don't know how long it be because they have no cabs. This happens everytime I call for them to bring me back home. I wish I could take uber but they cost to much. That's why I gave them a 1.

Diamond cab is a quick and professional cab company, but they always have people from other countries answering their phone when I call. I understand the job opportunity aspect of it, but it's really hard to for me to understand anything that they're saying to me.

One of their cars regularly blocks this crosswalk. Its been here for hours tonight. With drivers like this, it's no wonder ride share apps are running taxi companies out of business.
