Keyana and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us during our last minute move and ensure we were able to get into our townhome just in time! This is a beautiful community and staff and I'm very grateful to have found the Charleston!

My wife and I Rented an Apartment at the Charleston for 3 years before buying our home. All three years were just great. The Staff are Friendly and very helpful. The maintenance crew lead buy Charlie and his two Associates Patrick and Roberto are truly a GREAT crew, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to assist you in your needs. We loved THE CHARLESTON and highly recommend it. Friendly residents and a lots of children of all ages. A family oriented community

As others have stated, the maintenance staff is great. They are the best maintenance staff I’ve ever seen. However, the front desk staff is not helpful. Sometimes you get attitude from them for the simplest questions. They also selectively enforce their own rules. If the front desk was as helpful and nice as the maintenance people, I would give this five stars.
