Today Tuesday June 28 I went at 08.00 am at the Post Office to send a package. The man who attended me was very impolite and he did not have patient with me. He does not understand I am a client and he should be attentive and polite with all of the costumers who go there. I hope the manager takes notes about my complains because I feel very bad with his attitude towards me.

Actually this office is opened until 6:30 pm Monday thru Friday and than on Saturday until 5pm.But just this location not the other locations.
Give them a call
I don't know of a main headquarters...Best to give them a call...it differs if you live outside the city limits and Is it for residential or commercial matters.
To be on the safe side, you should go online and request the change of address
You can cancel the mail forwarding from Florida to out-of-state online, but you have to have the confirmation code from the original forwarding. Otherwise I'd go to the Post Office directly and I'd assume they can do it
