Last few times I went to the post office was a pretty good experience. provided me with all the materials necessary to a ship a package including tape once today they refuse to give me tape and said that I have to buy and was a little rude.

I mailed a priority package on December 17th, 2021 from this location to New York. The tracking is still indicating that the package is still at this location. Based on the tracking info it was not scanned to the next location. The package contained Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews New York. What a terrible disappointment. Low life scums. Cannot believe that they stole my family valuable Christmas gifts and cash. I have written a letter to the USPS inspectors. Hope they have cameras in these places. What a horrible experience.

Just start having mail sent to the address for the person. Also do a 'Change of Address' form so that mail from their old will be forwarded to the new one

I mailed two separate birthday cards that contained a store gift card from my home mailbox to Venice , Fl.... Only one arrived on Saturday. How do you know if its enroute or stolen

Yeah. That wasn't a good idea. Anytime you send a gift card or cash, bring it to the Post Office and pay a bit more to obtain a tracking number. The card may be caught in the bottom of a mail bag; it may still get there.

I recently moved, I did do a COA and I have received a few things. Im waiting on 1 piece of mail that was sent to the old address from Miramar Fl and 1 piece that was sent to my new address on 4-5-19 from Sunrise. I have not received either 4-17-19

Your main P.O. is in OpaLaka Fl. Not all mail is forwarded only First Class. (I believe) Possible the sender miss addressed??!!

They do have P.O. Boxes there for rent if that's what you are asking. I don't believe they can accept UPS, FedEx or other private company deliveries.

Hi. I have a mail that was sent in my name but to the wrong address. I have the tracking number but it shows as delivered. The person that received it told me that he gave it back to the USPS. What can I do to find my mail? Thank you!
