I’m coming from out of town for a cruise in November is there available parking at the cruise terminal and how much would it cost for 10 days

There is parking at the terminal. Normal charge is $15 per day

Easy to access off 95 you pull in drop off your bags and then park your car it's a very good process. all the parking is close to the twrminal.
