Lived there a year and would've absolutely renewed my lease if work didn't take me to a new location. Staff were always friendly, communicative, and the one time I had to put in a maintenance request it was handled by the next day. Grounds are always nicely kept and the apartment itself was exactly as advertised, no surprises.

I've lived here for 2 years and it's been good. The grounds are kept nice. Maintenance has always been on the ball if there's an issue. The apartments are decent and my neighbours are quiet. All in all, a pleasant place to live.

My experience so far has been above average. The only complaint I could have is the sense of urgency from the staff amd the outdated appliances that were a surprise. The sample apartment shown at first looked amazing, mines on the other hand looked like something out of the 80s. A great starter home for young couples or first time renters. Dont see myself here more than two years though.

I was very hesitant on moving here after reading the reviews online. But the more I read, the more I could tell that some people are obviously just mad for a certain reason. I took the chance and moved in about 2 months ago knowing Cobblestone is an older property but the pricing was in my budget. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff they are always friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to my work orders. But my children and I have enjoyed the pool almost daily. It was a little bothersome at first when the staff would ask for my pool pass but after I have seen non residents being asked to leave, that were cutting up around my kids, I have a whole New appreciation for them checking. The property conducted and community watch to help keep residents and people who don't live here from doing things they,should not be doing. My apartment is great and now feels like home and with,my husband gone. I feel safer here than I have in other apartments I have lived in, in the passed. I have friends that live at apartments in the area that talk badly about where they live and maintenance just ignores their concerns. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
