I have lived here for a little over a year and a half and have enjoyed it very much. I feel safe here and the apartment size is good to meet my need. The few times I have put in a maintenance request were responded to quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the kitchen and bathrooms could use an upgrade and the windows do not open easily.

I have lived here more than 6 years. Recently, I put in a request to repair the outside light on my apartment and the vacant apartment across from me. This was a seamless online request. The repair was made immediately with no interruption to my home life. Thank you very much.

The rent is now ridiculously expensive, $1200+ for a 2-3 bedroom in Fayetteville! The economy and politics of the city does not match up to other cities with the same rent prices. A closet size gym and faux wood low grade flooring does not explain the cost, pandemic or not. Nor the current "market rates." The front office staff and overall property maintenance is great. Buy a house!

Office management is terrible. The find anyway to take grabs at your money. Two years ago with Paige, everything was good. New people that work in the office have no work ethic.
