I live in the sister complex Parcstone, and at this point since it's the same management company I felt it necessary to let people looking at this complex know that I'd be weary of living here. Issues will get ignored, even if you try to have a chat with Forty2, the parent company, they'll just ignore the situation. For the three months I've lived in Parcstone 5 of 6 appliances haven't worked correctly, and they didn't bother to appropriately clean the apartment beforehand as I'm now finding out seeing what's in my carpets. Tried to offer up a reasonable resolution and they just ignore the situation as usual. Edit: I have attempted to work with the Leasing Center multiple times, and at this point they choose to not reply either, even though they have a contractual obligation to do so to maintain the premises that I'm paying to lease. I went to Forty2 after many attempts to deal with it locally, and can clearly tell from read receipts they're reading the emails but Forty2 chooses not to answer.

I am an existing tenant at this apartment.I stay in unit 3041.My experience has been very bad so far with maintenance, i have a broken non functioning utilities from the time i moved in and this is more than 50 days and am still raising tickets, making calls and everything.The whole idea to rent a home is to save yourself from these hassles but i am learning my lesson the hard way.Well very unfortunate for me is that i am in a 20 month lease agreement, so pray for me and i hope this time passes soon.

This is a horrible apartment complex! The management staff is very nasty and not respectful to their homeowners and their guests. Management is not on one accord with anything they each tell you something different each time. They need better management ASAP!

This is definitely the place to live ! Great community and staff! Only apartment I’ve been to that actually has small events for their residents
