I recently moved from this apartment complex because my job relocated me but I loved it. The apartment is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the highway. The office staff and maintenance men were always nice to deal with. The downside to this apartment was definitely my upstairs neighbors, and I hate it for the next tenants that move in. The upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate and would make loud noise EVERY night around midnight. On top of that they let their dog sit in the window and bark all day which sucks if you work from home. Other neighbors were nice and the complex is very pet friendly.

Great place to live. Neighbors are awesome. Pet friendly community and lots of neighborhood event. Give ‘‘em a call and move in you won’t regret it

I moved here at the end of October 2021, so I haven't been here long- but I moved from Ohio, so there were a few things I noticed, once I got here (as expected) that differ from the promotional videos I saw online. The apartments are nice- only slightly outdated with some previous repairs I would've done differently (for the price)- For instance- I have some beige paint spots on the ceiling from where the painters made a mistake here and there, and some of the cabinets have warped wood that was just painted over. There was a weird odor coming from the newly installed carpet that we haven't been able to figure out. I don't notice it as often, but it was there. The rooms are a decent size, but the hallways are much shorter and smaller than the videos online suggest. When I first moved here, I thought they had given me a 1 bdrm apartment by mistake, because there's a wall that comes out that was obscuring the very small hallway that lead to the other bedroom. The doorways are a bit narrow for the bathrooms & closets-- but I think that may just be a North Carolina design that I wasn't used to. I had to unscrew the legs on a couch to get it through the Master bdrm door (as I'm using it for an office). A friend of mine who has a house out here has smaller closet & bathroom door frames, as well. The apartments should come with a "User Manual", however. There were several times I had to call the office to figure out things like, how to raise my blinds or use the dishwasher-- The blinds have no pull strings-- so to raise them, you just have to push up on the bottom slats to get it to raise where you want... The dishwasher has a switch on the wall that has to be on, before you can use it, etc...The price is comparable to the increase in apartments across the board. In Ohio, I had a 1bdrm unit that was increased to $850 per month as well as a forced Utility payment of $170. Here, I pay $998 for a much more spacious 2bdrm- which includes my water and pet rent. Unfortunately, apartments overall are getting much more expensive- that is just reality. But overall a lovely place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and close to All American Freeway & Cliffdale rd- So it's easy access to much of the city. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They answer so many of my questions with a great attitude, provide information on a regular basis via email... and also snacks & events for the residents. It was so thoughtful of them to provide a fully catered meal for Thanksgiving, where residents just lined up in front of the office and got a nice boxed dinner. They're also having Winter holiday/Christmas events as we speak. I love the detail they put into resident activities. Brenda, Samantha, Hannah- and all the maintenance staff are amazing!

You might have to look up the property name and it should have a number. Windtree and a few other priorities in Fayetteville are under the same property management corporations
