Maintenance takes forever to fix anything, roach problems, trash is always piled up and stinks badly. Pool still isn’t open. They always have a different excuse. Management is always changing.

I got this place 2 months ago and will likely never rent here again. My first week here there was a shooting, and my first month I could hardly sleep due to the noise. If it’s not someone’s loud music, it’s random firecrackers or people partying in the next neighborhood. The worst part so far is the bugs. I’ve recorded for a week purposely to see how often they were around and I’d kill at least one nightly. I have NEVER had an issue with bugs and it’s certainly not worth $1,000 a month. Would NOT recommend.
