If you plan on dieing in your apt, make sure you have a will naming your executor, or no one will be able to gain access to your personal property….the management will lie and tell your next of kin that it’s a NC law that they need to prove who the executor is, that is NOT true!!! Then they will deny saying that and ironically it’ll be their “policy”……..my father died in his apartment and they are denying me access because he didn’t have a will…..management is very shady and untrustworthy!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WILL!!!!!!

POOL IS ONLY OPEN DURING WORK HOURS. Maintenance has always been responsive and the management is generally good. However our pool opened three weeks early this year but they changed the pool hours to match their 9am-6pm office hours. For the last few days they have not budged on their decision despite the outcry. They were "sorry I felt this way," and explained that they changed the hours because someone vandalized something LAST YEAR. So they're now punishing everyone because their cameras didn't catch the culprits. 6pm? Seriously? People get out of work at 6pm!

I recently lived here for just under a year before moving to a bigger place and enjoyed the experience overall. The units are cute and set up to maximize privacy between neighbors. Office personnel was accessible, helpful, and professional for the most part, no complaints. Maintenance was efficient and I always knew when they would be entering the apartment so I could secure my dog, which was very helpful. One issue is that the pool was usually gross to the point of being unusable by residents. My daughter and I checked it often—and we only got to use it a couple times due to this issue, much to her disappointment. I believe this was mainly due to the fact that it was not secured in any way, so the public used/abused it and maintenance couldn’t keep up. The rest of the grounds and amenities were nicely maintained.

been a resident here for a year now- just signed for another year. i love management and maintenance- they're always kind to me and my dog. neighbors really just mind their business and go about their way. the ones i do occasionally talk to though are kind. never had many issues with parking. maintenance ALWAYS fixes my issues literally within 24 hours. usually as soon as i call, even if it’s 10pm at night, they’re over in ten minutes. management has really looked out for me. grateful for them and this place. of course there’s basic issues like neighbors being loud and things like that, but for the year i’ve been here i’ve really been seeing things improve so much.
