The manager receptionist she is extremely rude has no customer service at all or empathy. I simply called to check on my uncles application bc he is hearing impaired and she had to give me a lecture that lasted three minutes about why I should not have called. Smh Very rude and unprofessional.

Nice place but there is 1 worker who keeps the bathroom door locked so you have to continuously ASK her to unlock it for you. I am a nurse who comes to work with clients! I can not hold my urine when I need to go! This is sad! And rude!!
