Wait is very long to be seen, receptionists are overwhelmed, doctors are knowledgeable, but time spent in the office is overwhelmingly long. Be prepared to spend at least 2 hrs.for each appointment

I drive from Raleigh NC for my pets care and even when I have other family member's pets that need to be seen I place them under my account and bring them to this location. Dr Garrett(Dad) and I started our rapport from tail docking and dew claw removal almost 3-4 years ago. Through that time I feel comfortable with making the team here my primary care doctor too with the exception of emergency purposes. There is oftern times an absorbent long wait time to be seen but it is almost second nature when there is establishment provides not ONLY good and too the point service. But also prices are extremely reasonable. There has never been a time where I felt any of my pets were not in the proper care whether it be for a 1 day drop off or an over night stay.

Dr Rodgers is the best! He treats our cat as if she were a human. The amount of care and precise testing he will do to ensure the pet gets the best treatment is better than some doctors do for humans. If you want an empty vets office with a laid back atmosphere go somewhere else! This place is always busy but they are good! I stop in once a month to pick up meds for my dog. They are busy but efficient. I’m typically in and out!
