5 🌟 gym. I love the atmosphere and the classes that are offered, especially the aquatics. They now offer after 5pm aquatic classes for those of us that work during the day. I wish the jacuzzi was still available, but they do have the steam sauna. You can't help but love the in-door track. From my observations, this is one of the cleanest gyms. The staff is pleasant and inviting. I love the fact that they acknowledge your entrance and exit, saying "have a good workout " or "have a gea t day". Clean towels are always available. The warm water aerobic class is the icing on the cake.

They have motorcycle parking up front. Nice steam room although they removed the hot tub before I became a member. Swimming pool for swimming laps not for children playing just fyi. They have a huge basketball court. This gym is very well maintained.

They will steal your money. They didn't close my membership when they closed for Covid and then charged me for 6 months of membership even after confirming I didn't use the facility at all. Marcus refused to help and instead laughed as he stole 300 dollars of my money.

There is no contract , however , there is an enrollment fee. I believe if you quit ( with 30 day written notice ) you have to pay the enrollment fee all over again if you want to rejoin.
Yes. Definitely, the Healthplex has separate showers for women and men and you can bring your own hairdryer, if so. A hairdryer is already provided in the locker rooms to use as available.
They have water aerobics and warm water therapy. Two separate pools.
Sorry Do not know that also was curious Does HealthPlex take Humana Tricare if my doctor writes prescription?
Debbie, I'm not sure of actual rates cause I was there for stroke recovery & it was I think like $25 per month for 3 months for me thru my insurance & I could get a 4th month for $25 if they felt or I felt like I needed it. Sorry, I can't be more help to you.
For a gym membership? I know there is a program that awards someone with a year membership and some insurances will also cover a gym membership as well. They do have several cheaper memberships that limit your access to the gym by time of day and/or day of the week. This works for some people anyway because they work during the middle of the day and can only get to the gym in the evenings or weekends. Also, memberships are monthly, there are no contracts.
There's no discount or difference in membership fees.
As of 3 months ago, the healthplex did NOT have racquet or tennis courts. They do have a court but it is used for classes like H.E.A.T and small group training. At other times they have open gym; people usually play basketball during this time. There is an indoor track, ample cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines. They also have a pool.
It depends, if you're a Vet, a spouse of a Vet or a family. I suggest you get in touch with them for more info.
There is a Hydro Power water class that is similar to Zumba, which is an aerobic workout without excessive impact on joints; this 55 minutes class incorporates aerobic training and body conditioning using water for resistance. The schedule is as follows: Monday, Weds, Fri at 8:30am, 10am, 1:30pm, 5:30pm; Tues and Thurs at 10am. There is also a Deep Water class which uses aqua joggers, float belts, flippers, kickboards and or barbells in the deep end of the pool; this 55 minutes class emphasizes both cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and is held Tues and Thurs at 8:30am I hope this helps!
It varies. You can do full time, part time, or weekend. It is a $75 assessment and $52 a month. Different price for children under 22
