Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Three days before arriving to our mountainside condo, we were notified the indoor private hot tub was not functioning. I called immediately and was told it had “likely been serviced already as it broke weeks ago” so I did not cancel our reservation. After arriving the hot tub was not working so I reached out to management who said someone would arrive with 24 hours. No one ever showed up. It took a month to be given a 10% refund for loss of an amenity - which is so insignificant given the amenity. Customer service continues to be vague and apologetic but no action is taken. So incredibly frustrating. Do not book with this company!

This beautiful home on the Thompson River was the perfect location for us to escape the heat and humidity in East Tennessee and to enjoy RMNP with our son who lives in Longmont, CO. I chose the home because my husband and daughter's boyfriend are avid fly fisherman. The river just steps from the beautiful deck was a bit hit. The home was spotlessly clean and extremely well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed cooking on the grill and dining on the deck. At night we slept with the windows open and enjoyed the sound of the river. The home is just close enough to Estes Park to enjoy all the dining and shopping options and very close to the magnificent RMNP. We'll always remember our visit in this house as the highlight of the trip was a marriage proposal by our daughter's boyfriend, now fiance that happened at Bierstadt Lake in RMNP. This home was an excellent place to celebrate the proposal. Many happy memories were made there on this trip with our adult children. Any opportunity to do that is a win!

Excellent vacation getaway. We stay in Estes Park every summer even though we don't live very far away. This was our first time at this location and loved it! Plenty of room for all of us with a great mountain view. Will definitely be back again!
