I've been on the waiting list for over 2 to 3 yrs then some how my name kept falling back on the waiting list. so I talk to a property manager in 2021 the property manager and assistant was nice and respectful. But when I went to have a conversation with the new property manager she was unprofessional ,talking nasty seem like she sneaky. Made me uncomfortable I didn't even want the apartment anymore and I love fayetteville gardens complex. Need new management.

Is this pet friendly place? Me and my child have two cats for our anxiety. If so, is there extra cost to have them for low income family?

Possibly cats are okay i stay in an house across the street! I do see ppl walking there dogs but I don't think they stay in the apts
