the staff is overall really nice when i go in and I went w my dog to get shots and fixed w no problem but when i went to get my kitten spayed last month they cut her nails w/o asking and cut too short and we noticed bc she was trying to cleaned the dried blood off her and could no longer climb. when the vet followed up that day i let them know and they told me they trimmed her nails for surgery’s but it’s an extra charge for it on the form and it’s a specific request. when i mentioned how short they were i was told i was being put on hold to talk to the vet and hung up on.

This place is great. I hate that we're moving away bc Dr. Lorraine, Jennifer and the rest of the staff was so kind and helpful and really understood my budget while providing quality care. She didn't push a ton of extra things like most vets. Highly highly recommend!

Dr. Geiger and Jennifer are PHENOMENAL! My dog had to have a pretty rough surgery and they talked me through everything and kept in contact throughout the day of surgery. They made sure to discuss every option and answer every question I had. They are so caring and my dog recovered great. Highly recommend! 10/10

After a quick google search for an urgent care for dog I found this place. I showed up with my elderly dog (9 years old) who was in such pain she couldn't move and had to be carried. The doors where locked but I noticed the signs saying to please call for assistance; I called both numbers with no answer, despite being able to see the staff looking right at me. No one bothered to even ask if she was okay or give some sort of direction. My dog was dying in my arms and no one as much as checked on us. If you're new to the area and have an emergency with your loved pets, don't waste your time.

There is no age limit for boosters. It all depends on the pets age and history of vaccinations. (we would need proof of previous vaccinations, also if no proof we will recommend boostering shots since we have no proof pet was ever vaccinated) Vaccines range anywhere from $15-120 depending on the vaccines and services you choose. Please call us at 910)822-3337 to schedule an appointment or ask any questions. We are happy to help you!
It's because of Covid-19 that's why.. Under normal conditions you can. I have been with them forever. They are very loving and kind.
Hello, It truly depends on the type of fracture, if xrays have been done and the size/age etc of the dog. If you can call 910)822-3337 and set up an appointment for an exam that would be best.
