Came to make a copy of my motorcycle key and Jackie said y’all don’t have a metal cutting machine so she made a brass key for me which was not the same cut width or length as my original called back after seeing it doesn’t fit and she admitted she did the wrong thing. Called again today after sending someone to get my key made and they had a closed sign but answered the phone and said to come in and they can “check it out” horrible experience wouldnt recommend to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

What happens on the late afternoon on Friday last week was unbelievable. We were looking to get a car key duplicated and went to J&S Locksmith when they were closed. I rang the bell on the door, a gentleman came and made a duplicated key within a few minutes. I tried to pay, he said no charges. I was astonished with his response and asked him why. He said the original key was quite worn out and the one he made might not work. If it does, not bring the key and the car back. In disbelieve we left the shop, went home and tried the key. It worked. It happened only twice in my life that someone showed such kindness, the first time by a car mechanic. Such people leave a great impression on you. I will definitely, definitely go back if needed and highly recommend them. Thank you so much!
