This is not a good place to live 1200$ for what they don't have anything for the kids they don't power wash the apartments they don't spray for bugs carpet is old and worn down and stained when you move out make sure you take pictures before you enter and exit because they will try to keep your deposit for light bulbs they charge for everything and it's ridiculous and sad how ther are treating people

I don’t recommend this place to anyone . The stress is not worth it ! They have raised rent $200 and didn’t let anyone know until days before leases had to be renewed and by law they’re supposed to let us know a month or two in advance . The PROPERTY MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE !!!! HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE . He feels he can treat anyone any kind of way because he is the property manager . I fight for this country and to have to come home and fight for proper treatment and a decent living area is Ridiculous.

I enjoyed my first year living here however right after I hit my year mark of staying in these apartments I started having nothing but issues the owner is extremely extremely extremely rude if you can at all avoid him please please do I did like the apartments very much I like everyone else in the rental office except for the owner. He threaten my boyfriend as we’ve been packing to move he banged on my door multiple times trying to get inside of my apartment trying to do an inspection before we have even moved out it was very unprofessional other than that the apartments are cute in a good area and I’ve never had any other issues

Everyone is very welcoming, very fast and efficient with emails. They're very understanding with tenants. They don't do credit checks, only look at any past late fees with any other apartments/housing companies. Their properties are very nice. Highly recommend.
