I moved from Cali to NC 8/22/22 before I arrived Dearrian and Jennifer went above and beyond to help me understand my move & options, they gave me all the necessary contacts to make my move easier, they received my mail a few days early a gift from a friend and they made sure it was in my apt waiting for me, I've completely had to start over and they along with a the maintenance supervisor Darvin have helped me find furniture and settle in. So grateful for my decision to settle down at Keystone apt already feels like home!

Haven't even lived here a full month and already regret signing the lease. God forbid you call the emergency number they have listed in the resident portal for an actual emergency. The technician that showed up griped about us not calling the office number directly and then griped about what time in the evening he was called. I'm so very sorry that we don't all operate on the same time as you. Edit: The regret still exists. Reported 3 issues we've had with shower and back door and the work order gets marked as completed, yet we're still experiencing the same problems. School parents like to block the road to exit the community when they're waiting for their children's bus. Other pet owners don't clean up after their pets despite it being part of the lease agreement. If you're considering moving here, run. Run far away.

We went through a lot of owners the last few years but very thankful for the new owners. The head matinence guy is awesome and gets the job done EVERYTIME! The painter Caleb is quick, explained everything to me and holds a great conversation 😂. The 2 ladies in the office are very sweet and take concerns and any issues very seriously. I went in last week with a list of things that needed to be fixed (from the previous owners) and they had my list finished in 2 days. They are remodeling, fixing and really turning this place around. Can finally say I’d recommend this place 👍🏾
