I went to have a NYS Inspection on my C7 Corvette. When I said to the manager that the car will not clear a center post lift and that he needed lifting pucks to raise the car on a twin post lift he got nasty and told me to let them do their job. Anybody not willing to listen to a customer and get as arrogant and condescending as he did should not be a service manager. I took my car before he destroyed the undercarriage and we both had problems.

I am truly disappointed and extremely upset with this Firestone location, but especially an employee by the name of Chris. The customer service and accountability that I received was horrible and I would not recommend anyone waste their time by going to this Firestone location. I scheduled an appointment via phone call Friday night to request an appointment for Sunday morning. I called the establishment Sunday morning and spoke to Chris to verify that I had gotten the appointment and that I should arrive for service to their shop, which was a 40 minute drive from where I live. When I arrived to the shop, Chris told me that they had no availability to take in my car and had mistakenly told me that my appointment request had been approved thinking that I was another customer by the name of Jacob. I had told him that my name was Justin during the phone call on Sunday morning. I asked if there was anyway that I could be squeezed in and he said no. Chris did not apologize or take proper accountability for his mistake. When asked if I could be compensated in anyway as I have been a loyal customer for many years, he said there is nothing that he could do. I really would urge customers not waste their time at this Firestone location as Chris does not care to waste his customer’s time. I wish I could rate this location as a zero. You will be better off at any other Firestone location in Long Island.
