Been here twice with my child and it’s always been pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. The wait time wasn’t bad at all.

I called to see if they were open and could see my daughter this evening and they assured me they could. We got there 20 minutes later and we’re told they were no longer seeing patients for the day. We arrived an hour before closing time.

I was seen today May 14th, 2022 for an upper respiratory illness. Was greeted kindly and promptly by the receptionist and was taken to triage area by a fantastic technician within a very reasonable amount of time. This young man was thorough and cheerful and lots of fun! It didn’t take long to be seen and treated by the health care provider and I was out of there in about an hour. Best care I’ve experienced in a long time!

This place is amazing. Indisputable walking in the door the receptionist was so welcoming and so were the cool holiday decorations. It is warm, friendly and inviting especially under unsettling circumstances. I forgot his name but the male medical assistant is the BEST! His bedside major is so calming. He does his best to make patients feel comfortable! Love this place. Thank you God for leading me here! NP Pat is very serious, but knows her stuff. Thanks guys, my allergy cleared up...no more hydrogen peroxide for me!

Questions & Answers

Why would you turn someone away That came in at 6:30 sick? Happened today to my daughter you had 2 people in the waiting room.

There is no telling how many physicians they had on staff that evening or how many were already in the back being seen. For instance if they had one doctor, but 3 patients in the back and 2 in the waiting room especially if they were waiting on lab work or test for any of them.

Would jcmc treat me for a swollen thumb due to a possible splinter being infected or would they just send me to emergency room? Because it only needs local anesthetic and someone to dig and relieve the pressure I can’t afford the emergency room

They turned my daughter away at 5:15 today. And here my daughter is running a fever, her head hurting, sore throat, runny nose and cough! I'm so angry with them and they told me to go to the other urgent care or the hospital and the other urgent care was closed!

Are you open on Saturday

We are open from 10am-8pm on weekends.

Why would your receptionist ask me what's my question when I give her my symptoms over the phone. Exsceiating head pain, shortness of breath. That's sad advice!

Anthony Williams | Sep 7, 2019
Tonya Sutherby | Sep 7, 2019

I'm curious about the response you were expecting. The receptionist is not qualified to diagnose or suggest the severity of your symptoms over the phone. If you believe your symptoms are life threatening, you should immediately go to the emergency room.
