My husband came down sick last night and if you knew my husband he doesn’t go to the doctor until he is down for the count. I was very pleasantly surprised when he came out and said how nice the nurse and doctor was and how thorough they were. I checked him in and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant as well. Thank you! You may have made it a little easier for me to get my husband to go sooner due to the experience.

Staff is friendly but the process to be seen is awful. I waited three hours out in my car when I was told they were catching up and it shouldn’t be more than an hour. I then had to wait in a room for an hour while my COVID test was being ran, which results come back in 15 minutes. The NP was only in the room for one minute just to tell me I didn’t have COVID when I came in to figure out why I was sick. I never leave reviews online but believe that especially when you’re very Ill there should be more communication from our health care providers and I should have been comfortable when I left with what was discussed/ determined. I would try a different urgent care location as these staff seemed overworked and exhausted.

Emergency stitches needed after a loved one tripped on parking lot cement block and split open her knee and hand a tear in her skin on the back of her hand- ouch! The staff was excellent and especially a wonderful Physicians Assistant who recently started working there and took great care of my loved one, including X-rays and stitches and great bedside manner! Thank you!

Waited a long time for our insurance info to be pulled but that was our fault for not having a card. The staff was friendly and thorough. Waited a while in the room for the pediatric doctor, and even though it was hard to really get a word in, she was good and fast. I left 3 stars based solely on feeling comfortable and welcome. Could have been better at making us feel welcome but overall was good.

Is an appointment required for covid testing or can it be walkin?

We do appointments as well as walk-in's. We would suggest making an appointment to reduce wait times and assist our staff due to the high volume of testing right now!

I have an appt to get tested, I am suppose to fill out paper work, how do I get this paper work, I go tomorrow to get tested and do have no paper to give them. I have called and texted and sent messagesmessages.

They historically send you a text message with a link to the documentation that needs to be filled out. Mind you, they explained to me that this is to speed up the process for you. You can wait to fill out the documentation when you attend your appointment.

Definitely see a dentist. I would recommend Dr. McGee in Wilmington.
