First I just want to say that the care that I have received especially from Danielle Hayes. Has been nothing but first class. But today I came in for an appointment the lady at the front desk completely ignored me and helped two other people. I'm literally standing in the line with no one else in front if me while she's doing this. Finally I say something and then she helps me. So I have an appointment at 230pm she then tells me that it's been canceled and they called me and left a message. I checked my phone and informed her that I didn't get a message or I wouldn't have used a vacation day to come to a canceled appointment. And the last voice mail I got from them was on Sunday telling me that I still had an appointment today. And that I received a text just yesterday to confirm the appointment. I wish I had got this lady's name because all the other lady's have been wonderful. This lady is just down right rude.
