Extremely rude office mgr. I asked to see a specific Dr , ANY TIME, , NOT ON SAME DAY, and was told by receptionist I MAY see HIM OR another ON THE APPT. DATE GIVEN TO ME by her a week away. When I asked for specific doctor for sure, due to recommendation by another doctor, office mgr came on tel asking me what my problem was with seeing the other doctor instead. Then she told me I could not see the specific doctor I asked for, as his appts are booked solid for months! Then WHY did the receptionist say I may possibly see him on the early date I was being given? Not months As a retired nurse, and seeing the game she played, of seeing the other and not my requested referral one, with her tone and inflection and condescending rude manner, it now is THE reason I never will see any doctors here. And I will share this with the doctor who recommended him to me. It is a business changer. We should be allowed a choice of who we may feel comfortable with seeing, and other professional recommendations. Cannot sugarcoat what actually took place.
