I’m never compelled to write reviews but I just had to. Lowe’s in Hudson is terrible. You can never find anyone to help you. I also had to get paint recently and the paint guy lied to me about the type of paint I was purchasing. He screwed up the order twice. I had to go back the next night to fix the mixup and another Lowe’s employee warned me to specifically avoid this guy. Just terrible. I also had to return a light fixture recently. I had the receipt and it was under 90 days. When I went to return it, the person behind the counter told me that I couldn’t return the item because it had already been returned. Just ridiculous. I said “how can I have already returned this item when I have it right here???”. I am so done with this store. You have made me a dedicated Home Depot shopper for life.

This location has everything you could ever want/need for your home. A little pricey, so I avoid some products here, but otherwise a clean store, friendly staff, and great selections.

Horrible service. Had measurements done by Lowes because i thought it would be better. I then went back to the store and was told the measurements were incorrect. I asked for my money back since the measurements could not be used and was told NO. I then asked for a store manager and was refused. Oliver is rude and does not take care of his customers. Horrible service!! Stay away from this store. I went to my own contractor, bought the doors at Lowes with my contractors measurements, and paid $350. Lowes price was going to be $1500... Stay away!!

This store has a lot of the expected merchandise for a big box hardware store but not as much as Home Depot in Marlborough. It has a very convenient location next door to Market Basket and a host of other businesses. I've had trouble with the professional desk not having orders ready because of a lack of communication between staff but enough phone calls and waiting around eventually gets the job done. While I have sometimes gotten great help at Lowes, bit other times I can't find someone to help. I have never seen a real clerk/checkout since I started shopping here in 2021, there is only the customer service desk and self check out. If I need expert advice, value my time too much to wait around a while, and/or can afford the more expensive Robinsons, I go there for the high quality service.
