Don't listen to any good reviews they are just a bunch of cucks or employees trying to sway the review scores. Person collecting money told me a complete different price than what is posted. Likely trying to get a little extra for himself. After I told him I would not pay his made up price and left they called the police and accused me of dumping and leaving without paying. Still had a trailer full of refuse. Unprofessional people in the right business for what they are.

I don’t know who in gods name that thinks the guy running the booth is professional, but they need to get their priorities straight. Horrible customer service. It is a convenient place, and when you talk to a grown adult like a child, you are extremely rude. Kindness goes a long way buddy.

As someone who uses this facility in a commercial means, multiple times a day, every day I just want to leave this for anyone curious. While many reviews here are negative, and I can understand why, BP is doing the best they can with what they have at this facility. From "the older gentleman at the scalehouse" (who has since retired), to the weekday and weekend staff, all of whom are great guys. Yes, at times they may come off rude or angry, they are all very nice people with families just like everyone else. BP has outgrown the Hudson facility fast, and are actively seeking to build and operate a larger facility. Many local transfer stations are often closed due to the shortages of being able to handle the amount of waste coming in. Which results in people and companies from other towns going there. Many customers who go there don't follow the rules or signage posted everywhere, and these guys constantly have to stop what they're doing to try to explain what the customer should be doing, resulting in their job taking longer and bottlenecking everything up at the small facility. It is not a easy job or task, and many, if not all of these guys are CDL and Equipment Operators, not customer service representatives. They aren't there to be nice to anyone, they are there to do their job and keep the work flow moving. If they're yelling at you, you're probably the 20th person doing something wrong that day that didn't listen to instructions or follow the rules/signs. I witness more residents and out of town companies come here daily and just fly through the parking lot and do whatever they please because they "have more important things to do" or don't know what they're doing. Hopefully, if and when the new facility is allotted, it will mitigate alot of the issues many people are on here complaining about, which shouldn't be the employees, rather the situations they have to tend to daily.

Absolutely terrible. Totally unprofessional and unorganized. I called before Bringing 30 cases of glass bottles, making sure that they were, 1. open and 2. able to take them for redemption. I get there and I’m told it’s cost ME $45 for me to drop off glass bottles. The gentleman on the phone in the sales office was extremely rude and just hung up the second I got what He thought was the answer to my question. When in fact they just wanted a quick buck.
