Wow what a terrible experience Peggy Burch State Farm has been. We have been customers for almost 5 years and have given this company thousands of dollars. Your welcome Peggy. Several weeks ago when parked at a red light My Family and I were rear ended at a high rate of speed. Peggy and Brenda and have done zero to help us. They have actually been helpful and sided with the Driver that has hit us. 8 am typing this week two weeks after our accident. Our Van is not drivable both me and wife told insurance out backs were sore after accident . Nothing was done following up on our injury and still two weeks after the accident Peggy and her company has done zero to help us. I am in shock. Everytime we call or visit the office. Brenda says she does not care and she will not help us and continues to serve the needs of the person who hit us. So if you want to get rear ended and have insurance company support the other party. Peggy would be a great fit. Again i am very shocked Peggy is letting my failmily and long time customer go down like this. I almost feel she is friends with the lady who hit me. Is the lady who rear ended .e a aquintance of your Peggy? If not was is your motivation to screw is and help her. CRAZY

Brenda was extremely helpful in getting me a lower rate so I could switch back to State Farm for my auto insurance. They definitely have the lowest cost renters insurance policies available, since I never switched that, Geico couldn't beat how good the rate was even before the pandemic.
