Ordered a new gaming system. Bought system on black Friday. Paid $1,600 with tax. Ordered system with Nvidia 3080 Ti. Dell never sent order confirmation. After about a month of calling Dell I received an order confirmation low and behold the system they're sending has a 3060 Ti a much weaker cheaper card and not what I paid for. GO buy your system in person at best buy to avoid being bait and switch scammed by Dell. I would highly discourage anyone from using Dell or Alienware as they are a major corporation facilitating bait and switch scams.

This tower was damaged when I received it. It doesn’t have a display port and VGA port. The only way to connect to the monitor is through the HDMI port, while it is already broken somehow. My Inspiron 5090 cannot connect to my monitor. I contacted the technical department for 2 hours first and cannot be solved. The way they tell me even makes the desktop unable to completely power on. I like how they put the effort to help me solve it. They also promised me to make an appointment with the higher tech management at 11 pm the next day after I received my desktop; however, no one contacted me on Friday at 11pm. What’s wrong with them???? Overall, I spend 8 hours contacting the tech support and customer services and directly let them know that either you come to my place to fix it or I can send it to you and fix my tower. Everytime I called customer services and tech support, they kept asking me to do this and that trying to solve it by myself. I told them I already tried all the methods with tech support for 2 hours and nothing is solved. I don’t know why they just DON’T understand what I’m asking for. In addition, there is even one customer service whose attitude is really BAD, suggesting that it is either my problems or monitor’s problems. Apparently, she doesn’t know what I want and had no ideas about these technical issues. I just bought a completely new monitor from ViewSonic, which can be used for both of my TWO laptops perfectly with either HDMI or VGA. Without a doubt, my Inspiron 5090 has serious issues with HDMI. It is just a waste of my time. At first, I just wanted to simply fix the new computer, either I sent the computer to Dell or sent people to my house to fix it. After four calls with the tech support and customer services, no one even answered this simple question, “how to ship my computer to your company and help me fix it.” I waste 8 hours doing the same things they ask me to do. I don’t want to waste time anymore. Right now I’m tired and the only thing I can do is to return the computer and get a FULL refund.

If there was a black star I would of click on it. I had 2 hard drive crashes in one year, batteries died and I can't even replace my batteries since dell don't have them anymore. Yet they refuse to replace my laptop. I do have premium coverage on my laptop. I send an email to the CEO and explained about the poor customer service yet the same rep called me back asking me why did I write to CEO and complain about this. Outrages.

It's the worst service that I have experienced. It's taking me more than one hour trying to update credit card information. I have been transfering more than 5 times, and no one can help updating credit card information. How on earth Dell is going to make money when they don't know how to update billing information ON PHONE!! What happened to ONE STOP SHOP......
