Definitely not the worst. Had a collection here for years that didn't show up on my credit report. They negotiated the total cost and the lady I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. 4 stars only because they don't e-mail payment receipts. Only mail or fax. 🤦♂️

Asked them to fax me a confirmation of debt paid. They said it's a 48 hour wait, and that was 8 days ago. Still haven't received anything from them. My family and I are homeless until they decide to give me the confirmation.

They need to be shut down . ALFONSO is very rude and unprofessional if you look at all the other reviews you will see his name a lot . I don’t understand how he even have a job . They trying to make me do there job . They’re not helpful . They don’t care . I will call everybody I can to get this problem handle . How can I be accountable for other people .
